WESTIX Tecnologias de Informação Lda. NIF 506819523 (Westix), as a producer of management software (the Software) licensed to the user entity (the User), declares that access to data stored in the Software, including those relating to customer files , suppliers, potential customers (leads) and operators, as well as their management, are the exclusive responsibility and responsibility of the User, who is responsible for taking measures to ensure compliance with the law, particularly with regard to the GDPR and in relation to to the data it collects and stores in the Software.

Westix further declares that, within the scope of providing the technical and maintenance services entrusted to it, access to data stored in the Software as well as any credentials are treated confidentially, strictly for the purposes of providing the service, and are not transferred or transmitted to third parties except upon written request from the User. Furthermore, Westix ensures that data and respective access credentials are stored and protected with the necessary security to prevent unauthorized access or use.

In turn, the User authorizes Westix to use their tax and personal data for technical, commercial and administrative communications within the scope of the services provided.
